Cancellation Policy

We hope the need won’t arise, but things do happen. Here is our cancellation policy in case you need to cancel your tour:

Our Cancellation Policy takes effect as soon as you book and pay for your tour through our website, NewTourLeans.com. We accept all major credit cards (with the exception of American Express) and Pay Pal Credit. We require full payment at the time of your booking to reserve your tour.

Should you decide to CANCEL OR CHANGE A TOUR, please email changes@newtourleans.com. Please be sure to include your name, phone number, and booking details! We will call you and also respond to your email within one business day. All requests for cancellation must be made by email only!

If you request a cancellation 7 DAYS OR MORE before the date and time of your scheduled tour by email, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.

We cannot honor a cancellation or issue a refund LESS THAN 7 DAYS before the date and time of your scheduled tour. New TourLeans, LLC, at its sole discretion, and on a case by case basis, may modify these cancellation terms.

New TourLeans operates tours regardless of the weather at the sole discretion of New TourLeans, LLC. In the rare event that we cancel a tour for any reason, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.
